Coverage and Shipping Costs
We currently offer shipping services only in the United States. All orders have free shipping to provide a convenient and hassle-free shopping experience.
Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-3 working days (Monday to Saturday)
- Shipping Duration: 4-10 working days
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-13 working days from the date of placing the order
Orders placed before 6:00 PM NY Time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

We collaborate with reliable couriers such as DHL, USPS, UPS to guarantee safe and punctual deliveries.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery status.
Shipping Address Update
If you need to update your shipping address, please submit your request within 24 hours from placing the order. It will not be possible to change the address once the order has been shipped.
Cancellation of Orders
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours , provided they have not yet been shipped.
- If the order is already in transit, our policy will apply a return policy.
Undeliverable Parcels
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, any additional costs for reshipping the package will be borne by the customer.
