Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable items: Products damaged due to improper use.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us: Send an email to support@topazroma.com with your order number and details of the problem (include photo if applicable).
  2. Approval and Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Return Shipping: Use a trackable shipping method and clearly mark the RA number on the package.

Use: We are not responsible for lost or delayed returns sent without tracking.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days from delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the returns process applies.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days from receipt and inspection of the return.
  • Refunds are issued on the original payment method, which could take up to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
