Cancellation policy
At Topaz Roma, we recognize that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following guidelines.
Order Cancellation Window
- Time Limit: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours from execution. After this period, orders will be processed and cannot be cancelled.
- How to Delete: To request a cancellation, please email us at support@topazroma.com with your order number and cancellation details. We will confirm if your cancellation has been successfully processed.
Cancellations After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be entitled to a return after receiving the item. Check out our Returns and Refunds Policy for further information.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund Method: The refund will be made via the original payment method.
- Processing Times: Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Deletable Items
Some products are not eligible for cancellation, including:
- Personalized or Customized Items: Orders for customized products cannot be canceled once placed.
Changes to Orders
- If you need to change your order (e.g. size, color), please contact us by the same 2 hours as the cancellation window.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes depend on the processing status of your order.
